1. Where is The Brickyard?
The Brickyard is located just North of the Historic Marietta Square at 129 Church Street. Our facility is directly behind the Historic Marietta Trolley Co. The City of Marietta is located just 15 minutes Northwest of Atlanta.
2. What are the rental fees and what is included in the rental fee?
The Brickyard rents for a block of time depending on the day and time of your event. Included with the rental fee is the use of the entire facility, including the main room, gallery*, courtyard, storage room / coat check, and catering prep area, and are contingent upon acceptance of terms and conditions. A one-hour rehearsal is included at no additional charge, based on availability.

3. How many people can The Brickyard hold?
The Brickyard comfortably seats 130-150 people, depending on the size of the dance floor, buffets, footprint of the band, etc. Our max capacity is 200 for an event / reception and 150 for ceremony and reception.
4. Can I tent the patio?
Yes. Please discuss with an event coordinator for optimal sizing.

6. When can I make a site visit to The Brickyard?

7. How can I secure a date for rental of The Brickyard?
To secure a date at The Brickyard, we require the completion of a Rental and Deposit Agreement and a deposit of one-half of the base rental fee. The deposit is nonrefundable.
8. What forms of payment does The Brickyard accept?
The Brickyard accepts personal and business checks and cash. We do not accept credit cards.
9. Does The Brickyard require use of its preferred caterer?
No. The Brickyard is open to the caterer of your choice providing the caterer is licensed and insured (minimum aggregate liability of $1,000,000). The caterer must provide documents at least three weeks prior to the event. We require all caterers to visit the space prior to the event. 10. What is the alcohol policy at The Brickyard?
You may bring your own alcohol and hire a bar service with liquor liability insurance to server. All alcohol must be served by a bartender. If you decide to serve liquor/mixed drinks, you will be required to have security.
11. Where can my guests park, and what are the parking fees?
Parking is free in the area surrounding The Brickyard. There are parking decks around the Square for your guests.
12. Is The Brickyard heated and air conditioned?
Yes, we are fully climate controlled.
13. What are the time restrictions for my event?
The Brickyard must be closed by 1:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights and by 12:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday. Exceptions may be made on a case basis.
14. Does The Brickyard provide security during events?
Yes. We reserve the right to require a security officer if any alcoholic beverage is served during the event and/or for all parties of 150 or more guests. The Brickyard provides the security officer, and the cost is passed on to the Client.
15. Does The Brickyard have a sound policy?
Yes. The maximum decibel allowance is an average of 90 decibels.
16. Does The Brickyard offer non-profit rates?
Yes. Non-profit rates are available to 501(c)(3) organizations. Please call our sales office for more information.
